How it works
- Choose your domain. One registered with us is ready straight away. For one registered elsewhere, you add a single DNS record to show it is yours.
- Pick your addresses and pay. As many as you need, monthly or yearly.
- Set a password for each. In your account - we never send passwords by email.
- Mail starts arriving. We add the DNS records for domains on our nameservers; for any other, your account shows exactly what to add and checks it for you.
Domain registered somewhere else? Its DNS is yours to change.
Mail goes wherever the domain's MX records point, and we can only change those for domains on our nameservers. For any other, you add our records where its DNS is managed and remove the old MX ones - until then, no mail arrives in your new mailboxes.
Good to know
- Up to 300 emails sent a day per mailbox, and 5,000 per domain - plenty for people, not for newsletters.
- Attachments up to 20 MB.
- Addresses on a main domain (you@example.com), not on a subdomain (you@shop.example.com).
- A deleted message or mailbox cannot be brought back, so keep a copy of anything you cannot lose.
- If a payment fails, everything keeps working for 14 days while you sort it out. After that, or at the end of a cancelled period, the mailboxes and their mail are deleted - we email you well before either.
